RC-250B
A portable, hand-held unit well suited for field repairs. It features
250 Watts and is a high intensity, pulsed system for spot curing
with one or two light guides. Cure area is up to 1" x 2.5".
High peak power gives fast cures through thick and pigmented adhesives.
Applications include fiber optic cable connections, plastic medical
tube sealing and PCB repairs.

RC-500
A large area, pulsed UV curing unit with coverage area of 1.5"
wide by 5" long which can be increased in 5 inch increments
in a production line setup. The unit can be operated for continuous
duty or "start, stop" curing. Unique to Xenon Corp.
this unit can be fitted with a linear or circular curing lamp.
Applications for the RC 500B include heat sensitive catheters
requiring 360° cures, cover coats and solder masks as well
as plastic coatings for various surfaces and containers

RC-600
Similar to the 500B, the RC 600 features twice the power of the
RC 500B and exposes a larger cure area [1" x 10"] with
the option of adding to cure area in 10" increments. As with
the RC 500B, the RC 600 is a high intensity, pulsed system. Applications
include marking paper, semiconductor hardbake, plastic IV and
other medical devices.

RC-700
Model RC-700 Curing System is a modular light source featuring
a lamp designed to provide high intensity, UV light in a small
optical area of 3" x 1". The unique serpentine lamp
design has a 10" arc length to maximize UV output for rapid
cures. In addition, model RC-700 provides many significant benefits
for demanding curing applications, such as a small light weight
lamp housing and system modularity for ease of integration and
process control. The complete system consists of a controller,
lamp housing assembly with lamp, auxiliary unit and cooling air
blower kit.

RC-801, RC-802 Designed for
demanding inline process applications, models RC-801 and RC-802
are modular systems offering single lamp (RC-801) or dual lamp
(RC-802) configurations for low heat, fast throughput curing.
To provide ease of integration, system options include selection
of lamp spectra, lamp pulse rates, light blocking filter, power
supplies and cable lengths. Instant ON/OFF control of the pulsed
UV lamp provides the means to operate the lamp in either a continuous
mode - 100% duty cycle - or in a burst mode - duty cycle from
10% to 100%. Burst mode operation for start-stop-start manufacturing
results in reduced system energy requirements.

RC-847 For quick
setup and local operation, model RC-847 provides a standalone housing
that incorporates a controller, high voltage power supply and timer
unit with convenient front-panel operator controls. Also included
are circuit protection and AC power distribution wiring to run a
full system with lamp housings. The RC-847 may be configured with
high voltage power supply options: either 2300 joules/sec, or 3400
joules/sec. The RC-847 is also configurable with any of the lamp
housings listed below. Single or dual lamp configurations are available,
as well as the controller InterWeave™ operation. >

RC-901,
RC-902 Designed for applications such as Blu-ray
Disk™ top coat curing, models RC-901 and RC-902 are modular
systems offering single lamp (RC-901) or dual lamp (RC-902) configurations
for low heat, fast throughput curing. The RC-900 Series features
increased power and energy output driven by a 6 kilowatt power
supply. This offers faster curing through a faster pulse rate;
up to 25 pulses/sec and 207 Joules/pulse. Precision control of
the UV pulses allows delivery of a precise, predetermined, consistent
energy level with every curing cycle.
